Ten cards naming problems owners report, such as missing leads, stock that never matches and payroll done by hand, several marked fixed.

These are the questions that come up most, on calls and in the enquiry form, in the words owners use. No scores and no ranking, just the order a business usually meets them: the website, then leads, then the data, then payroll, stock and reports. Each answer here is the short version; the full one is one click away.

1. Do I need to learn coding to get a proper website for my shop?

No. You need someone to hand you a finished site that already does the job: shows your catalogue, loads fast on a phone, and sends every enquiry to your inbox with its source attached.

2. We have customers waiting and nothing for them to open yet. What is the quickest first thing?

The website, in about two weeks, with enquiry capture wired to your inbox so every interested person has somewhere to go today. It is the smallest thing we build and the best first project, because you see how we work before committing to more.

The full answer → · Website

3. Can a three person business have a CRM that is not overkill?

Yes. A three person business needs one list of every lead from the website, chat messages and walk ins, who is handling it, and what happens next; that is a screen, not a suite.

4. Our whole business runs on a chat group. Is that a problem?

Not for talking, which is what it is good at. It becomes a problem when orders, decisions and dues live only in the chat, because a chat has no record with a source, a time and a status, and nobody can report from it on Monday.

The full answer → · Customer app

5. How do I stop typing the same customer into Excel, my CRM and my invoicing?

By having one place where a customer is entered once, and every other screen reads from it: quotes, invoices, follow ups, reports. Retyping disappears when the systems are the same system.

6. Why am I paying for five software subscriptions my team barely uses?

Because each one was bought to fix one problem, and none of them talk to each other, so the team keeps a spreadsheet on the side anyway. One system built around how the business actually runs replaces most of them and costs less over three years.

The full answer → · Back office

7. Is there a simpler way to run payroll for a team of five to twenty?

Yes. Attendance and leave recorded once, salary computed from them automatically, payslips generated, and a monthly report ready for the accountant, with no spreadsheet formulas to break on the first of the month.

The full answer → · Back office

8. How can my sales team see live stock across brands and warehouses?

By giving stock one home that sales, purchase and the warehouse all update from their own screens. When a salesperson quotes, they see what is actually available, not what was available last Tuesday.

The full answer → · Back office

9. Our reports are typed up by hand every week. What replaces that?

A screen that reads the same records the day runs on, so it is current at nine on Monday morning without anyone typing anything. The report stops being a document somebody assembles and becomes a view of what is already there.

10. Our IT team has our request in a quarter that keeps moving. Can we get it built anyway?

Yes. A department can commission a written scope build that lands in weeks, documented so the IT team can inherit it whenever they are ready.

The full answer → · Custom software, Hyderabad
