How do schools collect fees online?
Through a parent app or portal linked to the fee ledger. The parent sees the dues by head, pays by UPI, card or net banking, and gets a receipt immediately. The office sees the payment against the student without a bank statement reconciliation.
School ERPs are priced per student. Why would a school build custom software?
A school of 300 on standard flows should buy the ERP. At that size per student pricing is hard to beat and we say so. The arithmetic turns at scale, because a per student bill grows with every admission, while a monthly plan is set by the size of the team that runs it, not by the number of students.
