Fair questions
Asked before people trust us.
Every question from the homepage, plus the ones that come up on calls. If yours is not here, ask it directly.
Do I actually own it?
Yes. Source code, repository, hosting accounts and domain are in your name and transferred at handover. If you walk away from us afterwards, you take a working system with you and another developer can pick it up.
How firm are the price bands in the scope builder?
The bands are honest ranges for typical scope, not teaser rates. After one 30-minute call you get a fixed quote, and the number we sign is the number you pay.
Is this built by AI?
AI does a lot of the typing. A person makes every decision about what gets built, reviews every line that ships, and is accountable when something breaks. We would rather be straight about this than have you find out later.
What happens when I need a change in six months?
You message us and we do it. Small changes are quick and quoted small, bigger ones get scoped like a new piece of work. There is no mandatory retainer to keep your own software running.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We are based in Hyderabad and work remotely with clients anywhere. Builds run asynchronously, calls happen in your working hours, and we quote and invoice in your currency. The bands on this page are in rupees for typical Indian scope.
Custom software is supposed to cost more. Why are the bands on this page lower?
Two reasons, and neither is a trick. There is no licence margin, because you are not paying a vendor to fund a sales team and an enterprise roadmap you will never use. And we build AI-native, which genuinely compresses the hours a build takes. We pass that on, because it is the only way custom work competes with a subscription on price.
How much does a website, app or custom software cost?
For typical scope: a website between ₹40k and ₹1.2 lakh, a customer app between ₹1.5 and ₹4 lakh, a back office (CRM, HRMS, billing, MIS) between ₹2 and ₹6 lakh, and growth work from ₹25k a month. Layers built together on one engine come out roughly 15% lower and 25% faster. The scope builder on the homepage shows the band for your combination, and a fixed quote follows one 30-minute call. We already run on Excel and a few subscriptions. Do we have to replace everything?
No. We look at what you already run before proposing anything, and keep whatever is doing its job. Accounting and statutory filing belong with the specialists who track the rules, and so do email and documents. What we build is the part that is costing you: the workflow the business actually runs on, and the places where two tools disagree and somebody reconciles them by hand every month. If a packaged product covers that too, we say so on the call.
How long does a build take?
A website is about two weeks, a customer app about four, and a back office about five. Built together they overlap, so all three land in roughly nine weeks. The clock starts when the scope is signed, and you see working software every week from the first one.
We are not in Hyderabad. Does that matter?
No, and most of our clients are not. Everything runs remotely: the weekly demo happens on a call in your hours, and progress lands in writing. Hyderabad clients can meet in person; everyone else loses nothing.
What is the care plan?
For owners who would rather not think about it. Priority response when something breaks, a monthly check that everything is running and backed up, small changes included rather than quoted, and your software kept current as browsers and phones move on. Priced with your build, in writing, before you decide anything. Start it, pause it or stop it any month; it is never required and never a condition of anything. You still own the code, hosting and domain outright. Without it, changes are simply quoted as they come.
