The rules for using this website. The one that matters most is the second: the prices published here are honest estimates to help you plan, not offers you can hold us to before anything is agreed in writing.
What this website is
An information site describing what Samastack does and what it typically costs. Using it does not create a contract between us, and nothing here obliges either of us to work together.
Price bands are estimates, not offers
Every price and timeline published on this site, including the scope builder, the industry pages and anything in the writing section, is an indicative range for typical scope. It is not a quotation, not an offer capable of acceptance, and not a promise that your project will fall inside it. A binding number exists only once we have discussed your actual requirements and sent you a written, fixed quote that you accept. Figures given in other currencies are rounded conversions for orientation and move with exchange rates.
Accuracy
We try hard to keep everything here correct and current, including the comparisons with other categories of software, which are based on publicly published prices at the time of writing. Prices set by other companies change without telling us. Check anything you intend to rely on, and tell us if you find something wrong so we can fix it.
Case studies and examples
Work described on this site is real, and client identities are withheld by agreement. Dashboard screens shown anywhere on this site use sample data with invented names, and are labelled as such. They illustrate what a system looks like; they are not screenshots of any client's live data.
Our content
The text, design, code and diagrams on this website belong to Samastack. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract with a link back. Do not republish pages wholesale or present this work as your own. This is separate from work we build for clients: everything in a client project transfers to that client at handover, as described in our writing.
Links out
Where we link to another website we are pointing at something useful, not vouching for it. What happens on someone else's site is governed by their terms and their privacy policy.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken purely on the basis of information published here, which is exactly why we recommend a conversation before you commit to anything. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
