How much does custom back office software cost in India?
For typical scope, between ₹2 lakh and ₹6 lakh, in about five weeks. Outside India the band is $8,000 – $24,000. A fixed quote follows one call, and the number we sign is the number you pay.
We already run on Excel and a few subscriptions. Do we have to replace everything?
No. We look at what you already run before proposing anything, and keep whatever is doing its job. Accounting and statutory filing belong with the specialists who track the rules, and so do email and documents. What we build is the part that is costing you: the workflow the business actually runs on, and the places where two tools disagree and somebody reconciles them by hand every month. If a packaged product covers that too, we say so on the call.
Can it start with one module?
Yes. Most builds start with the module that hurts most and add the rest on the same records later. Built together from the start, the layers share one data model and come out about 15% lower and 25% faster.
What happens to the data in our old tools?
Migration is scoped with the build and written down before the number is fixed: what moves, what is archived, and what starts fresh. Nothing is left to be discovered halfway through.
