Can a studio in India build and run my system from abroad?
Yes. We work from Hyderabad with clients outside India. One lead runs your project, you see working software on a live link every week, and calls happen in your working hours. Everything else is in writing.
What does it cost outside India?
We price for your market, in your currency, plus local taxes. We do not convert our Indian prices. You get your exact price in writing within 48 hours.
How do I pay from outside India?
By whichever method is easiest for you, agreed when we sign. Payment details are shared privately with your contract, and we will only ever ask you to pay to the account named in it.
Are prices shown with tax?
No. Prices exclude local taxes, which apply in every country.
What time zone overlap will we have?
Hyderabad runs on India time (UTC+5:30). The Gulf is an hour and a half to two and a half hours behind us, so our working days almost fully overlap; Southeast Asia is ahead of us; Europe overlaps our afternoon; for the Americas we hold calls in your morning, which is our evening.
Where is my data kept?
Your data exports free at any time. Ask us where your system would be hosted before you sign.
