What a business website in two weeks actually includes

THE SHORT ANSWER

A focused business website can go live in about two weeks when the pages, copy and enquiry flow are decided in the first call. Ours include fast pages, search basics, enquiry forms that land in your back office, and hosting with backups and monitoring, all in the monthly plan.

A ten working day plan for a business website, from the first call to going live, with a new enquiry landing in the back office.

Two weeks sounds fast for a website because most websites are slow to launch for reasons that have nothing to do with code: waiting for copy, waiting for photos, waiting for decisions. When those are decided early, two weeks is enough for a focused business site that works.

Week one, day by day

  • Day 1. One 30 minute call: what you sell, who buys, what they ask on the phone, where enquiries should go.
  • Day 2. Your exact monthly price in writing, and the page list agreed: usually a home page, one page per service or product line, an about page, a questions page and a contact page.
  • Days 3 to 5. The copy, written with you in your customers' words, and the design in your brand.

Week two, day by day

  • Days 6 to 8. The pages built, fast on a phone, with the enquiry form wired to your back office or inbox.
  • Day 9. Search basics: titles, descriptions, structured data and a text file for AI assistants.
  • Day 10. A live link for your review, changes made, and the site goes live at your address.

You see a live link every week, and nothing goes live without your yes.

What makes websites slow to launch

  • Copy that nobody owns. We write it with you instead of waiting for it.
  • Too many pages on day one. Twenty pages can come later; six good ones bring enquiries now.
  • Decisions by committee. One person on your side decides; others review once.

What wired to your back office means

Most website enquiries land in an email inbox and are forgotten. Ours land in the back office with their source, the page they came from and the time, so someone is assigned to call back and the owner can see which pages and ads bring enquiries. If you do not have a back office yet, enquiries go to one shared inbox and move across when you add it.

The search basics we include

  • A clear title and description on every page, in the words people search for.
  • Structured data for your business, services and questions, matching the visible text.
  • Pages that load fast on a phone.
  • A text file at the root that tells AI assistants what the site is. How AI search reads a site.

What is not in two weeks

A large catalogue with hundreds of products, several languages, or online payments with a full checkout take longer, and we say so before you sign. The two week site is a focused one; the rest can follow on the same record.

A real example

A corporate website for a financial advisory firm with three entities went live in 12 days, with every enquiry landing in one place from launch day. Read the case study.

On a SamaStack plan, a website starts from ₹9,999 a month plus GST, with hosting, backups, monitoring and changes included. Website development →

What we need from you

  • Thirty minutes on the first call to tell us what you sell, who buys and what they ask.
  • One person who decides. Others can review once, but one person says yes.
  • Your logo, and ten photos if you have them. Phone photos of the shop, the team and the work are fine.
  • Access to your domain, or we help you register one in your own name.
  • A day to review the live link at the end of each week.

After launch

A website is never finished on launch day. The first weeks show which pages people read and which questions they still ask on the phone; those questions become new pages. On a SamaStack plan, changes to what we built are included, so adding a page about a new product or correcting your hours is part of the monthly price, not a new quote. Hosting, backups and monitoring run in the background, and the enquiries keep landing in one place with their source.

Pages that bring enquiries

The pages that bring enquiries are rarely the home page. They are the pages that answer one question well: what a product costs, whether you deliver to a locality, how long an install takes, what a service includes. A visitor who finds a page that answers their exact question is far more likely to enquire than one who lands on a general welcome. So the two week site is built around the questions customers ask on the phone, each with its own page or its own clear section, and each ending with a simple way to enquire.

Three things make those pages work: a plain heading in the customer's words, the answer in the first two sentences, and a visible next step. Prices, where you can state them, do more for enquiries than any design choice. If a price depends on the job, say what it depends on and give a typical range.

Questions people ask

Will the website show up on Google straight away?

It will be ready to be found from launch day: clear titles, structured data, fast pages and a sitemap. Ranking for competitive searches takes longer and depends on what people search for, and nobody honest can promise a position. A tended business profile and pages that answer real questions are what move it.

Can I see the website before it goes live?

Yes. You get a live link at the end of each week and nothing goes live without your yes.

Do I own the domain?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name from the start, whichever way you choose to own the code.

What if I need more pages later?

Changes to what we built are included in the monthly plan. A large new section, such as a full catalogue, is quoted in writing before we start.

How much does it cost?

On a SamaStack plan a website starts from ₹9,999 a month plus GST, with hosting, backups, monitoring and changes included.
