The shape of a week

Most of building and running a system is not conversation; it is work, and work does not need you awake. What needs you is one decision a week and the odd question in between. So the week is built around one scheduled call in your working hours, written updates you read when you like, and a live link that changes every week.

• Monday. The week's plan lands in writing: what will be on the live link by Friday, and any question we need answered to get there.
• Midweek. Questions go both ways in writing. If one needs a conversation, it happens in your hours.
• Friday. The live link is updated and the call is in your morning, afternoon or evening depending on where you are. You open the software and click through it yourself.
